  • No deliveries on Tuesdays.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery (except Tuesdays).

  • Orders placed after 11:00 PM will be delivered within 2 days.

  • Please ensure complete delivery details are entered at checkout.

  • Deliveries are scheduled in the afternoon only.

  • Some products may not qualify for next-day delivery — please check the product description before confirming your order.

  • All deliveries are made using registered delivery vehicles operated by Kozal Baklava Sweet Preparing (S.P.S – L.L.C).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within the UAE.
